The Big Bend Branch of the American Public Work Association
The 26th Annual APWA Road-E-O is quickly approaching! This year the event will take place on Thursday, May 19th at the City’s Southeast Farm (Spray Field) from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Please email us for a registration package for your team. Please remember in forming your team and filling out the registration form:
1. All team members must sign an APWA Indemnity Form to be returned with your team registration.
2. All team members registered for events that require equipment operation must possess a valid State of Florida C.D.L. license, please include this information on the registration form.
3. Alternate participants must be listed at the time of registration.
4. All registration packages must be received in my office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13th. Late registrations will NOT be considered for this year’s competition.
5. Please include a daytime phone number for the Team Captain and/or e-mail address in case there are questions concerning the registration.
6. Lunch will be provided for all contestants, judges, and individuals providing event assistance.
There also will be a Raffle. Tickets will be $1.00 each, or 6 for $5.00. We encourage all teams to submit their registration and sign their waivers in advance of the event date. This will greatly streamline registration on the day of the road-e-o.
