Megan E. Doherty, AICP is the Principal Planner for the Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency and believes great, inclusive public spaces are essential for successful cities. An experienced project manager, Megan recently led the development and implementation of Tallahassee’s first protected bike lane network, which in 2016 was named the #3 Best New Bike Lane in the US by People for Bikes. Megan developed her love of cities while working for Florida State University in London, where she experienced firsthand the joy and benefits of places designed for people.
Dan Scheer, P.E., Design & Construction Manager for the Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency earned his bachelor and master’s degree in Engineering from the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. He has 20+ years of experience in Transportation Engineering, in both the private and public sector, including seven years at FDOT Central Office.
They will be presenting on the work program for Blueprint.
